  I came to the BofA financial center to handle a difficult issue with the bank. Vivian Sanchez, the relationship manager was incredibly helpful and provided solutions for me to handle the situation. For my first time at this branch, I felt very comfortable and I also felt that I was treated kindly.
  
  Definitely go to this branch.
