  First time getting my eyebrows threaded, I requested Sandii. She welcomed me when I entered and started the appointment 5 minutes early. Was happy to be treated with such promptness. Not that this means anything however it was not super busy at 11:15am.
  
  First red flag was seeing her hold the end of the string with her mouth. I dealt with this trying to make my first experience good as possible. When I researched threading earlier that month. I remembered reading that bacteria can travel down the thread and infect your brows. From where threading originated this is how they thread. I understand it keeps the string more steady but I read it's possible without doing this.
  
  Second red flag. As she was finishing up my right brow the sign outside fell over. She excused herself and brought it inside apologizing. At the time I did not want to seem fussy or she may get upset. I wanted my brows to look nice. But I wanted her to wash her hands in the back of my mind...
  
  She had me hold my eyebrows taunt by holding my eyelid down and the skin above the eyebrow up. I'm not sure if this is just part of her technic or used by many however I wished there was another way.
  
  Third red flag. At this point I was happy the experience was over it wasn't terrible however not great either. Especially when I noticed how unsymmetrical my eyebrows appeared when I took another look when I got home. The shape was not off but one was just noticeable thicker than the other. I love how my left brow came out.
  
  With the first and second red flag i'm going to explore my options with threading and try a few different facial spas. I appreciate her work, it's considered art. If she focused a little more I would have came back another time regardless of her technic.

  It would be common courtesy if they could have just said they are not trained to do waxing. She did a terrible job. Accidentally got wax on my eyebrow and messed it up. Never going back. The wax bad quality and the service no good

  All the ladies that work here are so nice, and they all do a nice job on my eyebrows. There's one lady that I really like in particular, but regardless I always walk out of here looking flawless and for an extremely reasonable price.
