  I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Bridal! It was only my second dress shop visit and although I didn't expect to I ended up purchasing my gown there. Overall, I was really happy with their dress selection, their pricing, and their fantastic customer service!
  
  The whole story: I was coming from a long ways and there was traffic so I called and asked if they would still see me if I came 20 minutes late. They told me the person before me had also been late so that was perfect. I showed up a little earlier than they expected after my call but they helped me immediately, had me look at all the gowns and place a marker on the ones I wanted to try, they had so many beautiful dresses I felt like I was picking too many. She also pointed out after looking through my Pinterest board that they had a dress that I had accidentally pinned twice. After about 20 minutes the girl before me and her (drunken) group were still there and taking forever and she couldn't decide on her dress. They apologized to me for the delay several times, they offered my group and me champagne, they were super nice about it, and I could tell they were anxious to get my appointment started. They ended up setting up another mirror and moving another couch in front of it at the other end of the salon. They always kept their demeanor professional but fun, they helped me vocalize my thoughts about each dress and never made me feel like I was trying on too many, they even stayed after closing to make sure I was happy. By the end I got to stand in front of the big mirrors with my wedding dress and having my emotional moment... I ended up with the dress I had pinned twice by accident.
  
  I want to say thanks so much to the owners at Bella Bridal for making my experience so positive and memorable even when things didn't go perfectly.

  I didn't end up purchasing my dress here, but I had a great time here trying on their selection. The consultants were very supportive and helpful. For brides on a budget, I would just not that most of their dresses were on the more expensive side and I wish they had more in my budget range.
