  Worst budget ever. I travel for work and get budget rental cars all the time. I went to trade out my rental because it needed regular maintenance. I had been driving that car for a few months, it had some grass and such on the floor, but no more than normal use would create, but the man at this facility, Robert was his name, told me that my car was excessively dirty and I would be charger 250$ to have it cleaned. Then he gives me my new rental car. When I go out to get in it, there are French fries, nachos and food wrappers all over the floor by seats on both sides. Clearly this car was not cleaned appropriately. Yet, he wanted to charge me for the car i returned being 'excessively' dirty, when the car I returned was cleaner than the new car I was recieving. I went back in to tell him and he responded that 'they must have missed it. I also over heard him adding charges on to other people returning rental cars as I was waiting.... Beware.
