  For years, about 20 since my first son was born, I have been attempting to self-motivate myself into shape, to no avail. I would start out well, but then would quit when I thought it was getting too tough. I finally realized that I couldn’t do it on my own. Attending Boot Camp with Miguel has provided me with motivation, and desired results, that I have not been able to achieve on my own. Quitting is not an option. Mediocre effort is not acceptable. The workouts are extremely tough, but never boring. Miguel uses his years of training to provide a variety of challenging workout programs and engaging exercise to keep things fresh. I look forward to continue seeing the results that I could not have achieved on my own.
