  They will tell you upfront what is covered and what is not. They will even let you sign that they explained your coverage. For me and my friends, we have PPO and as a member, we know what is our coverage and what is not so even if they dont verify it, I know what to pay. I have recommended this already to my friend and they are satisfied with them too and I will keep recommending it in the future.
