  We have been shipping with Pacific Atlantic Freight for 5 years now and are very happy with their services. For the majority of our history with them, most of our shipments have gone flawlessly, picked up and delivered on time and in tack with no issues. Since they are a freight broker, their shipping rates are much better than we could get on our own, so the cost savings is great. There, of course, have been a few late pick ups and delivery issues, at the fault of the carriers, which is to be expected as no shipping carrier is perfect, but PAF has always worked to resolve any issue with the carriers immediately. We also have had just a couple damaged shipments, for which we purchased insurance through PAF's insurance division and both claims were paid by the insurance company and the insurer was easy to work with, no hassle. They are a family owned business of good people and have treated us very well. I would recommend this company to my friends and business colleagues. David Hughes
