  I had my previous service rep, Bob Geary, assist in Thousand Oaks for over 10 years. I was extremely disappointed when I heard Chevy suggested he take an early retirement. It takes a while to establish trust with a service rep and we had built that trust over time.
  
  Now I have to establish a new relationship and TRUST a new service rep?!? Christine was exceptional, helpful and knowledgeable but I would have preferred my former service rep. I’ll give Christine & Chevy a chance over the next few visits and see if that same TRUST can be established.
  
  The shuttle drivers in Thousand Oaks silver star Chevy are also excellent.
