  20 min for an Americano? No bueno. Maybe not a staff issue. This location has some wierd fulfillment issues vs. serving high traffic patrons. No one should half to wait 20 min for $3.25 cup of coffee. Then again, shame on me for even paying 3.25 for a cup of coffee.
